Where it goes
hello@gamesarefree.com — one mailbox, read by the people who maintain the games. There is no ticket system and no auto-reply, so a message is not acknowledged automatically; a reply comes when there is something to say. A rules correction is taken seriously: if a game here disagrees with the published rules, that is a bug, and the fix ships with a test so it cannot come back.
Report a problem with a game
Fill in as much as you know. Sending it opens your own email app with the details already written out — nothing is submitted from this page, and nothing you type here is stored or sent anywhere until you press send in your email app.
Copyright and legal notices
Notices about copyright, trademarks or artwork go to the same address with Copyright notice in the subject line — hello@gamesarefree.com — and the terms of use list what to include so it can be acted on quickly.
Everything else
What is and is not stored about you is on the privacy page: there are no accounts and nothing that identifies you. Every artist and licence behind the art on this site is named on the credits page, and if we have credited you wrongly or not at all, that is worth an email too.
